Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy

MIMTAC USA, LLC provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all MIMTAC-

manufactured products.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable items subject to regular use (including springs, pins,

etc.), product misuse (including criminal misuse, negligence, or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol), accidental

damage, damage caused by improper handling, unauthorized modifications, defective or improper ammunition, or

corrosion.

If a product is found to be defective within the scope of this warranty, MIMTAC will replace the unit at no cost to the

customer. Unless otherwise required by law, MIMTAC shall not be liable for personal injury, or for any incidental, special,

indirect, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business

interruption, or any other commercial losses—arising from the use or inability to use MIMTAC products, regardless of the

theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if MIMTAC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is exclusive and in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not

limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that any implied

warranties may exist under applicable law, such warranties are strictly limited in duration as required by law.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Functional failures not caused by user error

What Is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear
  • Improper installation
  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect
  • Modifications, alterations, or aftermarket changes
  • Damage caused by incompatible ammunition or firearms
  • Cosmetic damage

MIMTAC reserves the right to:

  • Repair
  • Replace
  • Offer store credit

at its sole discretion.
