Effective Date: 01.01.2026

The MIMTAC Elite Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered by MIMTAC to reward customer loyalty and engagement. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who create a valid MIMTAC customer account.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Dealers, distributors, and resellers are not eligible to participate in the consumer rewards program.

2. Earning Points

• Members earn points based on qualifying purchases made directly through MIMTAC.
• Points are earned at the rate specified by the member’s tier at the time of purchase.
• Points are not earned on taxes, shipping, returns, or refunded purchases.
• Points are credited after the order is completed and not subject to cancellation.

3. Points Value & Redemption

• 1,000 points equal $10 in reward value.
• Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards such as accessories, gear, shipping credits, or approved reward credits.
• Points may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
• Points may not be applied to items already discounted or on promotional pricing.
• Points may not be used to cover more than a portion of trigger purchases, in accordance with MIMTAC pricing policies.

4. Tier Status

• Tier status is determined by cumulative annual spending and resets annually.
• Tier benefits apply only while the member remains eligible for that tier.
• Tier benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• MIMTAC reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds or benefits at any time.

5. Build Rewards Program

• The Build Rewards Program applies only to qualifying trigger purchases.
• Rewards are issued upon completion of the required number of qualifying purchases.
• Build rewards are limited to one reward per account per qualification cycle.
• Rewards issued under this program may not be used on discounted items.

6. Referral Rewards

• Referral rewards are issued only for verified, qualifying referrals.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are not permitted.
• Referral rewards are limited annually and may be modified or revoked if abuse is suspected.
• MIMTAC reserves the right to deny referral rewards at its discretion.

7. Social & Community Rewards

• Social rewards require approval and are subject to content quality standards.
• MIMTAC may reject or revoke rewards for content that is misleading, inappropriate, or misrepresents the brand.
• Social rewards are limited in frequency to prevent abuse.

8. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

• Points earned from returned or refunded purchases will be deducted from the member’s account.
• If points have already been redeemed, the corresponding value may be deducted from future rewards.
• Rewards obtained through abuse or error may be revoked.

9. Expiration & Account Activity

• Points expire after 18 months of account inactivity.
• Rewards and benefits are non-transferable and tied to the original account holder.
• Accounts found to be inactive or in violation of Program rules may be suspended or terminated.

10. Non-Stacking & Fair Use

• Rewards, points, credits, and promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• The Program is designed for fair use; abuse, exploitation, or attempts to circumvent pricing policies may result in account termination.

11. Program Changes & Termination

• MIMTAC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
• Changes will be effective upon posting to the MIMTAC website.
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

• MIMTAC is not responsible for technical errors, system outages, or unauthorized access affecting reward balances.
• Participation in the Program is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MIMTAC operates.
• Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
