Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy

MIMTAC USA, LLC accepts returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed or used firearm components

Damaged or altered products

Closeout/clearance items

Custom or special-order products

Products damaged by improper installation, modification, or misuse

Safety-critical components cannot be returned after installation under any circumstances.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email customer@mimtac.com with your order number.

Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:

Incorrect item shipped

Manufacturing defect

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted for defective or incorrect items.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos and a description of the issue

MIMTAC will, at its discretion, replace or repair the product.
