Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of all products purchased through MIMTAC USA, LLC (“MIMTAC,” “we,”“our,” “us”) online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Domestic Shipping Only
MIMTAC USA, LLC does not process, accept, or ship international orders through its website.
Orders must be placed with a U.S. billing address and U.S. shipping address.
We do not ship to freight forwarders, international mail services, or third-party export handlers.
Any order suspected of being intended for export will be canceled immediately without exception.
This policy ensures compliance with U.S. laws and export control regulations applicable to firearm components.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take longer.
Orders with suspected fraud, address discrepancies, or compliance concerns may be delayed pending verification.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship exclusively within the United States using the following carriers:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. MIMTAC does not guarantee delivery dates.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for entering a correct and deliverable shipping address.
MIMTAC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the carrier returns a package due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipment.
5. Delivery Issues & Carrier Delays
MIMTAC is not liable for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Weather conditions
- Carrier errors
- Lost or stolen packages after the package is marked as Delivered by the carrier
Once a package is scanned as delivered, the responsibility shifts to the customer.
Customers should contact the carrier directly for missing deliveries.
6. Restricted Locations
We do not ship to:
U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items
7. Order Verification & Compliance Review
MIMTAC reserves the right to:
Request additional verification for orders flagged as suspicious
Cancel any order for compliance, fraud prevention, or security reasons
Limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion
8. Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the box and product
Retain all packaging material
Contact us within 48 hours at: support@mimtac.com
MIMTAC will open a carrier claim and advise on next steps.
9. Returns of Shipped Items
All returns must follow MIMTAC’s Return & Refund Policy.
